We have a number of excellent speakers here gathered on the podium. We have a few changes from the programme as it is written or on the Web site, and I have to blame the organisers of this session that they did not update this description of the workshop. I'm Vice President for public policy for the Internet society. But please, we would very much welcome if you could move forward. I know people quite often prefer sitting in the back, and have their work to do, and listen to it. We would like the first part of the afternoon will be presentations, but we would like to engage in discussion, and we feel it will be nicer if you moved a little bit to the front seats to be closer, so that we can see each other. I think we have sorted out all our technical problems. It is posted as an aid to understanding the proceedings at the session, but should not be treated as an authoritative record.
